Cancellation Policy: Your Deposit will be 100% refundable if you notify us 90 days prior to your scheduled fishing or hunting trip. Cancellation made less than 90 days of a scheduled trip, is subject to NO refund unless the spot can be filled or a proven medical emergency.

Illness and injury without reasonable close medical facilities and forces of nature. I understand completely that Nushagak Outfitters is not responsible for these dangers and their associated risk. By signing below, I agree that Nushagak Outfitters is not liable for any death, personal injury, or damage to property which may be incurred as a result of participating in a trip. I also agree to defend, indemdify, and hold Nushagak Outfitters its' agents and employees harmless to the maximum extent permitted by law from any claims arising out of this trip under this. I understand that Nushagak Outfitters guides and employees will not be responsible for any intentional or unintentional violations of the above hunting and fishing laws. I also understand that Nushagak Outfitters guides and employees are required by law (AS 08.54.529/Sec. 08.4.520 unlawful acts) to report all violations of Fish & Game laws within 15 days of the violation.
