Spring & Fall Hunting Gear

Warm clothing should be wool, polypropylene,
hollofil, thinsulate, or clothing with similar features.
No down clothing or down sleeping bags. All gortex gear should
be clean & seams treated with Scotchguard or a similar
product. Temperatures may vary from 0 to 50 degrees
Fahrenheit in the Spring with a 50% chance rain or snow
to 15-70 degrees Fahrenheit in the Fall. Be certain
you and your gear are in good condition.
To insure aircraft passenger safety Alaska hunters are
restricted to 50 pounds of gear in a soft type duffel
bag (waterproof recommended) plus guns and ammo.
